About

 Dr. Charlie Gandolfi grew up in Mundelein, and after years away for school and training, he came back to take care of the community he was raised in. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic and a Master's in Sports Science and Rehabilitation from Logan University in St. Louis — a combination that shapes every aspect of how he treats patients.  

Before opening Elevate Sports Therapy, Dr. Gandolfi spent time in the Evanston area treating athletes from the high school to the professional level. That experience gave him a deep understanding of what it takes to not just reduce pain, but to fully restore function and get people back to performing at their best.  

Having been a competitive baseball player from little league through college, he knows the frustration of being sidelined by injury — and the drive to get back on the field as quickly and safely as possible. That perspective informs his entire approach: movement-first, hands-on, and built around your goals.
